Certified Health Coach Candice Hartford invites you to gather with like-minded locals and herself at the beautiful Cohasset Lighthouse Keepers Hall to learn more about how we can all embrace better living this Spring just by learning to better understand and nourish the deeply rooted connection between what we eat and the way we feel at this unique dining experience created by Mood Food Events.
A seasonally inspired tapas style menu designed to fuel immune support, mental health and increased energy will be served with a selection of organic vegan wine and essential oil infused beverages in a relaxed format that encourages guests to mingle in and out of casual conversations, partake in educational group discussions, and collaborate one-on-one with Certified Health Coach Candice Hartford who has helped hundreds of people attain their health goals with proven goal setting techniques.
Before and after dinner is served the group will be led in a guided meditation by Rob Carney of Whole Health Connections in order to create an immersive dining experience that both compounds learning and improves nutrient absorption by calming the nervous system, engaging the senses and opening the mind.
